We’ve done it! We’ve created a rich and creamy guilt-free dressing that is guaranteed to take your salad game to the next level.
This creamy chipotle dressing is a take on a sauce that my mom used to make called “crack sauce” which consists of vegan mayo and chipotle peppers. To make ours a bit healthier, we subbed the vegan mayo with plain unsweetened cashew yogurt and spiced it up a bit with some additional ingredients. The final product turned out super tasty and we can’t wait for you to try it! I’ve always been a fan of creamy dressings like ranch, bleu cheese, thousand island, and the like, so I was determined to make a vegan alternative that doesn’t lack any flavor.
This creamy chipotle dressing checks all of the boxes on flavor. Think beyond the salad and pour this chipotle goodness over everything—steamed veggies, potatoes, on sandwiches, you name it!
