Learn how to make the perfect dairy-free orange creamsicle popsicles with just 5 simple ingredients!
Chris and I wanted to put together a popsicle for the blog as an ode to one of the most beautiful summers we have had to date. The Pacific Northwest is truly a game changer when it comes to the places we have lived and we are definitely not going anywhere anytime soon 😉
Chris’ #1 request for a popsicle flavor orange creamsicle and, well, challenge accepted.
For these Orange Creamsicle Popsicles, all that you are going to need are 5 simple ingredients– orange juice, raw cashews, water or unsweetened plain almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract– that’s it!
I decided to use a cashew cream for this recipe instead of coconut cream since Chris isn’t a huge fan of coconut, and I am so glad that I did! Cashews have a more neutral flavor as compared to coconut (IMO) and I really think that it helped the orange flavor shine through a bit more in this recipe.
So what are you waiting for? Grab a blender, a popsicle mold (we used this one) and make these orange creamsicle popsicles for yourself, your family and your friends to enjoy during this last stretch of summer!

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add in the raw cashews. Allow the cashews to soak until softened, about 20-30 minutes. Drain the cashews.
Add all of the ingredients for the orange creamsicles into a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Evenly distribute the mixture into 10 popsicle molds. Tap the popsicle molds onto the counter a few times to remove any air bubbles. Place the popsicles into the freezer and allow them to set until solid, ideally overnight.
To remove the popsicles from the mold, submerge the mold into a bowl of warm (not hot) water for about 30-40 seconds (longer if necessary depending on the warmth of the water). Gently wiggle the popsicles out of the mold to prevent them from cracking.
Notes
We used this popsicle mold and highly recommend it! Silicone molds are so much easier to remove the popsicles from.
