Who doesn’t love an ice cream sundae? This includes our four-legged fur-friends, too. It’s more than likely that the last time you were enjoying your favorite pint of vegan ice cream, your pup was right alongside you, wagging their tail incessantly, just hoping for a bite. Now, everyone can be happy and enjoy some tasty ice cream sundaes together.
This dog-friendly ice cream sundae is made with just 3 simple ingredients— frozen bananas, coconut milk, and peanut butter — making for an easy and epic combination that we promise your pup will love. We also top ours with stovetop granola made with our dog Berry’s favorite treats from Wild Earth. We mix pieces of the treats with oats, coconut shreds, and peanuts to add the perfect crunch to the ice cream sundae.
If you aren’t familiar with Wild Earth and your looking for high-quality, sustainable, dog food and treats for your pup, look no further. Berry is VERY picky, to say the least, and he absolutely LOVES Wild Earth. It’s the only kibble he will eat, which is great for us because we can feel good about how he’s being nourished.

Learn how to make this easy dog-friendly ice cream sundae with just a few simple ingredients. This will have your pup wagging their tail for more!
Ingredients
“Granola”
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
1/4 cup roughly chopped Wild Earth Strawberry & Beet dog treats
“Ice Cream”
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon coconut milk (or water)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
For the granola: In a wide pan over medium heat, add in the coconut oil until melted. Add in the oats, shredded coconut, and chopped peanuts, and toast for 4-6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes, then stir in the Wild Earth Dog Treats. Store in an airtight container for about 2 weeks.
For the “ice cream”” remove the bananas from the freezer and allow them to thaw for 10 minutes. Add them to a food processor along with the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl (we only served our dog 1/2 of this and saved the rest for later) and add granola and other toppings of your choice. Serve immediately.
