Learn how to make your own vegan parmesan cheese at home. It requires just 4 ingredients and only about 5 minutes of your time! Trust us, this recipe is a MUST TRY!
We have always been fans of the vegan parmesan cheese options on the market, but we couldn’t always justify the price tag with our grocery budget. Once we learned that we could make our own parmesan cheese at home for probably half of the price, we immediately jumped on it.
We love using this parmesan cheese in our vegan caesar salad wraps, street corn dip, lemon olive oil pasta, eggplant meatball sub, and so much more! It seems that the pairings are endless, which is why you gotta try it ASAP.

Can this be made with almonds? My kids have cashew allergy. TY
yes, absolutely! It may have a sightly different flavor profile, but it will still be delicious.
This was really tasty, especially on pasta.
