'Hearty' Lentil Soup - Vegan Valentine's Day Menu {oil-free} sweetsimplevegan.com

I love eating this soup with fresh baby romaine lettuce. It may seem a bit odd, but trust me it is a must try. I dip it in, scoop up some soup with the lettuce like a spoon and then munch it all up 🙂 The lettuce adds that fresh factor that the soup is missing, as well as a crunchy component for an additional layer of texture.
