If thereโs one thing that screams summertime to me, itโs watermelon ? the sound it makes when cracking it open is just so satisfying, am I crazy or do you agree?
I used to frequently enjoy my watermelon with Tajinโ which is a Mexican seasoning made from a blend of lime, mild chili peppers, and sea salt. This recipe was inspired from that, but we wanted to make it homemade + add a twist with some mint.
Also, quick tip! If you are not able to finish all of your watermelon monitor salad, what we did was chuck it all into a blender or run it through a juicerโ it makes for killer smoothies and juices!
