Happy October! Can you believe we are even already saying that?
Jasmine and I are celebrating autumn and our first post of October with one of our favorite adult beverages, Moscow Mules! And these aren’t just any old mule, these are fall inspired– with a touch of apple cider, ginger and of course, pumpkin pie spice! It’s basically autumn in a cup, and did I mention these are super easy to make? There isn’t much to this recipe: all you have to do is mix everything together over ice, kick back, relax and enjoy! We’ve already made these several times this past month and I must say, once you start making these at home, you’ll realize how much easier and more affordable it is to do so. I’m not sure if it is a good or bad thing, but I’ll go with the former 😉 Jasmine and I take pride in sharing with you the highest quality recipes and ingredients possible, and we were stoked on the fact that not only is Green Hope Vodka made in small batches here in California, it is also certified organic, gluten-free, and ethically sourced! Plus since it is high-quality vodka, it is super smooth and won’t leave you feeling meh the next morning. Let us know that you think of this recipe! + Make sure you tag us on Instagram @sweetsimplevegan and @consciouschris and hashtag #sweetsimplevegan if you recreate this, we love to see your photos!

That drink would be great by the camp fire in a comfy sweater and good friends. Locally made products always tastes better.
