To ring in the new year, Chris and I decided to show you how to make THREE easy vegan cocktails— you can check out the recipe video below to see the recipe for all three. In this blog post, will be showing you how to make our mango kombucha margaritas.
We are big fans of margaritas, but we hadn’t ever made them at home. To our surprise, they are very easy to make and only require a few simple ingredients. We put our own twist on the classic recipe and added in kombucha, but this is completely optional and the cocktail will be just as delicious without it if you are unable to get your hands on some or simply would not like to include it. The addition of the mango kombucha not only adds in a subtle sweetness, but it also brings in a gorgeous yellow hue that makes this drink stand out! This is the perfect drink to make for your New Year’s Eve party this year and it is definitely one that will impress a crowd. When you make these kombucha margaritas at home, no one will have to know how easy they were to make 😉

Easy Mango Kombucha Margaritas
An easy 4-ingredient kombucha margarita recipe that makes for the PERFECT refreshing cocktail to start the new year!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 2 margaritas
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces mango kombucha or any of choice (we used GT’s)
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- Pink Himalayan salt to rim each glass (optional)
- Lime, to garnish
- If desired, salt the rim of a chilled margarita glass.
- Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain the cocktail into your the prepared glasses with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!
