With my About Time Vegan Protein, I decided to try and createย a healthier take on the classic Frappaccino from Starbuck’s Coffee. This wasn’t exactly the same, in fact, it was BETTER.
PrintVegan Vanilla Mocha Protein Frappaccino
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 scoop @tryabouttime vegan vanilla protein, or vegan protein of choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup strong chilled coffee (I used Trader Joes Coffee Concentrate)
- 1/2 cup water (or more almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 medjool date or sweetener to taste
- Optional: 1/2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
Instructions
- Simply place all of the ingredients into a high=speed (or regular) blender, and process until smooth.
