Acai Coconut Oatmeal Cookies (GF)

An oldie but goodie! A recipe I had posted on Instagram a while back that I felt should be shared here as well because these were so yummy!

If you are interested in the Benefits of the Acai Berry, please read about them here. If you are an Acai fanatic just like me, you will love this recipe!

For the toasted coconut chips, I suggest using Dang Foods. They can be found online and at various markets, such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, Bi-Rite, etc. A full list is on their site!
