Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/4 vegan chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
