Description

This citrus and berry chia pudding makes for the perfect breakfast on the go. All you have to do is blend, mix, and set it into the refrigerator overnight. You will have a meal ready for you in the morning with minimal effort!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blackberries*
  • 1/2 cup strawberries*
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except for the chia seeds.
  2. In a large jar or sealable container, add in the chia seeds and pour the blended mixture over. Mix until uniform and seal. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
  3. Serve with fresh berries, nuts or granola!

Notes

  • Feel free to switch things up and replace the blackberries and strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, etc. Have fun with it!
