Ingredients
- ½ cup dairy-free butter, room temperature
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Set the butter out on the counter to soften to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until uniform.
Notes
- For Garlic Bread: Spread the garlic butter generously on your favorite bread, then bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until golden.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Freezer: For longer storage, scoop the butter onto parchment paper, shape it into a log, wrap it tightly, and freeze for up to 2 months. Just slice off what you need and put the rest back in the freezer.
- Parsley: To replace fresh with dried, use about 1/3 teaspoon to start.
