These Saucy Buffalo Mushrooms are the best way to get your mushrooms in! Pan-fried mushrooms tossed in a simple garlicky buffalo sauce and topped with vegan blue cheese crumbles and fresh parsley. All you need is 20 minutes to make this simple appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Oyster and/or Morel / Shiitake Mushrooms
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ stick dairy-free butter
- Dairy-free blue cheese crumbles
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat on the stovetop.
- Once your pan is heated, add the dairy-free butter and let it melt.
- Add in your mushrooms and garlic and allow them to cook for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Lower the heat and stir in the buffalo sauce.
- Sprinkle over dairy-free blue cheese crumbles or drizzle over dairy-free ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
