Description
This Thai Peanut Lavash Wrap is hearty and flavorful and comes together in under 20 minutes. It’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or whatever you need it to be. There is no chopping or prep, just toss it in the skillet and go.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of meatless grounds
- 1 package of potatoes, peppers, and onions
- 1 jar of the Thai peanut Satay Sauce
- Lavash Wraps
- Whipped Garlic Spread
- Microgreens (optional, but recommended)
Instructions
- Start the Filling. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatless grounds and cook for 1–2 minutes, just enough to break them up and warm through.
- Add Veggies. Toss in the potatoes, peppers, and onions. Sauté everything together for 8–10 minutes, or until the veggies are hot and starting to crisp. Don’t rush this part—it’s where the flavor builds.
- Sauce It Up. Pour in the Thai Peanut Satay Sauce and stir until everything’s well-coated. Let it cook for another 1–2 minutes to bring it all together.
- Assemble Your Wrap. Grab a lavash wrap and spread a generous spoonful of whipped garlic spread across the center. Add your hot filling and top with microgreens.
- Seal & Sizzle. Fold your wrap like a burrito or however you like it, then toast it in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden and sealed. Flip and brown the other side.
- Slice & Serve. Cut in half, plate it up, and dig in.
