Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats blended into flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk of water
Then you definitely should add-in:
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar, raw sugar or 2 medjool dates, pitted
- ½–1 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice)
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
- ½ cup of: chocolate chips, blueberries, crushed nuts, etc (or a combination of each) – stir in at end
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and run until smooth.
- In a large nonstick waffle maker (mine is 6×6″), place about 3/4 cup in the center, and shut. Allow to cook for 6-8 minutes*.
