3 Ingredient Vegan Waffles {gluten- and oil-free}

  • 1 cup rolled oats blended into flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk of water

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar, raw sugar or 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½1 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
