  • 14.6 oz. Melissa’s Hearts of Palm, sliced
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper, diced (I used orange and yellow)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 small persian cucumbers, quartered and sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, diced small
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Fresh black pepper
  • Salt or healthy green salt substitute


  1. Slice up all of the ingredients and toss them into a bowl.
  2. Top it with lime juice, fresh black pepper, and salt if you desire.
  3. I suggest allowing it to chill in the fridge for at least an hour to merry all of the flavors. The longer it sits, the better it will taste!
