Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots, chopped (& peeled if desired)
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 large mango
  • 1 navel orange (or 1/2 cup orange juice)
  • 23 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/41/2” fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all of the ingredients.
  2. Once you prepare all of the ingredients, simply place them into a blender and blend until smooth.
