Ingredients

For the white layer:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup frozen coconut meat
  • 1 cup of fresh young coconut water
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract

For the red layer:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries (½ cup of raspberries and ½ cup strawberries)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 dates
  • ¼ cup of fresh young coconut water

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the white layer, set aside in a mason jar and put it in the freezer.
  2. Blend the ingredients for the red layer, set aside in a separate mason jar.
  3. Then, pour a small but of each in a glass, one at a time, to create alternating colors/layers until the glass is full.
  4. Enjoy!
