What’s Christmas without a gingerbread? I’ve made traditional gingerbread, gingerbread cookies, and even gingerbread oatmeal in the past, but never have a made a simple and healthy gingerbread smoothie. This was easy to make and definitely satisfied the gingerbread fix that I needed.
What’s your favorite gingerbread recipe to make during the holiday season?
- 4 frozen Bananas
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup almond Milk
- ⅓-1/2" fresh ginger
- ½-1 Tablespoon Molasses, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or extract
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and process until smooth.
